Inactivity
1. The referee will warn an inactive fighter after 20 seconds, after another 10 seconds of inactivity (total of 30 seconds) the referee will penalize the inactive fighter with minus one point. After additional 10 seconds another minus point will be given (if still inactive in total of 40 seconds). Finally after another 10 seconds of inactivity (total of 50 seconds) the competitor will be disqualified
2. At the third inactivity minus point at any time in the match, the competitor will be disqualified.
3. If the inactive fighter has a dominant pin-position (mount, side-mount, north-south or knee-on-belly) the fight will be stood up.
Ways to win
1. Submission. If one of the competitors gives up or submits verbally or by tapping with hand or foot.

the time is up the referee will decide and declare the winner (advised by the secretary).
